MEN’S U18 EUROPEAN HANDBALL CHAMPIONSHIP

The Polish national team begins its start in the Men’s U18 European Handball Championship with a match against the defending champion Germany, and there are three other games ahead of it.

During the first round of the Championship matches of groups C and D will be played in Gdynia. In group C the competitors are the teams of France, Croatia, Romania, and Hungary, and in group D, apart from Poland and Germany, there is Belarus and the Czech Republic. The games of groups A and B will take place in the Show and Sports Arena of AWFiS (the Academy of Physical Education and Sport) in Gdansk.

The very first match of Gdynia part of the tournament is France v. Romania game, which is played today (Thursday, 14 August) at 13:30. At 15:30 Croatia rivals Hungary, at 17:30 Belarus opposes the Czechs, and Poland v. Germany match kicks off at 19:30. This last competition will be preceded by a short opening ceremony of the tournament that continues until 24 August.
